I’ve been thinking about attending one of the large exhibitions in the States, but I’m not sure how useful it can be for a mid-sized company. On one hand, people say it’s a great place to showcase products, but on the other, the costs for booths, travel, and logistics seem overwhelming. I’m trying to figure out if the benefits justify the expenses, especially since it would mean flying a whole team. Has anyone here had real results from such participation?

From what I’ve seen, USA trade shows https://expotobi.com/country/usa are definitely worth considering, even for mid-sized businesses. These events are not just about standing at a booth – they’re hubs where you meet buyers, distributors, and investors in one place. The scale is massive: tens of thousands of visitors, often from multiple countries. Many companies close deals right on the spot, or at least start negotiations that later turn into long-term partnerships. Of course, preparation is key: you need clear goals, scheduled meetings, and strong marketing materials. When approached strategically, the exposure and contacts you get can outweigh the expenses by far.
